I love this recipe because it is tasty, easy and my kids will eat them up.
You will need:
One head of lettuce,
1 onion,
1 green pepper,
1 orange pepper,
3 chicken breasts.
1 teaspoon coconut oil,
1 packet of Fajitas seasoning mix.
Wash and cut all ingredients in thick julienne manner,
In a non stick pan warm your oil and add all ingredients. Cook, stirring often until all ingredients are lightly brown. Add your quesadilla packet and follow the directions on the back of the packet.
Wash your head of lettuce and use one leaf to wrap your fajitas filling like you would with a quesadilla.
Serves 5

The scale can't lie. I weighed myself yesterday morning and I am now at a 13. 4 pounds loss. I am 5.3 at 134.6 pounds.
I exercised 4 to 5 hours a week theses past 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks I didn't go boxing because my baby was sick and husband was out of town. Then I just took some time to walk.
This week I went boxing for 2 hours. Run for 1 hour and did my first leg day with 20 pounds weights. This is new with my routine as I was only walking. I am obviously getting stronger. I want to start doing more weights and build more muscles.
I have been eating between 1200 to 1400 calories per day. Clean eating = Healthy
This time I lost less than the first 4 weeks but I am still happy about the results.
I can tell my body has changed a lot and my muscles are starting to show up.
I was at the store yesterday and can now fit in Small size clothes. I used to be a Large. My feet are also smaller in my shoes.
I am liking my new fit life and get ornery on the days I can't go walk. I think I just changed my life and habits.
I have few more pounds to loose but not that much. I have 4 more weeks to go until I stabilize my calories intake but the working out will stay because I do not want to be skinny. I want to be FIT.

If you are a mom with little kids they probably ask you for a puppy at least once a month. Now we already have a dog but of course they want a puppy. I let my 6 year old adopt Talking Duke on my iPhone today. She recorded about 40 versions of Duke repeating what she had to say. The voice recording playback was her favorite feature. Duke also loves mom.

The entertainment value and interaction made the app fun and engaging for my kids. I enjoyed the laughter and playtime today. They have adopted a virtual pet that can talk, dance, run to the bathroom and even ride a cat. The app is one of my new favorites. Get it here:

Every kid wants to be a superhero. I have 3 kids feeling the superhero craze and a toddler that tags along just for fun. They all started playing Herotopia. I love this type of superhero game for several reasons and especially the background story. Here is the definition of a superhero on Herotopia:
"A Superhero is someone who has extraordinary powers and uses them to help others. A true hero fights evil and protects people, animals and the world."
I completely agree with this definition of a superhero! The Herotopia superheros use their powers in the game to fight bullies and help people.

As you can see I am still having fun with my nails. Below are the nail polish I used. They are all pretty cheap and fun!
Sunset nails:
Main color is Sally Hansen complete Salon manicure 400 get Juiced (I warn you the polish will be darker than the color in the bottle. I was a little disappointed) Let dry . For the sunset I used - bottom Sally Hansen complete salon manicure in 570 water color, Sally Hansen hard as nails Xtreme wear in 340 Mint sorbet, Sally Hansen hard as nails Xtreme wear in 360 Mellow yellow and 400 Get juiced again. Then I applied a top coat polish and with a paint brush started blending the colors together.I then let it dry and applied more top coats.
Solid color of Rue beaute! nail polish color 064 from Rue 21. This is a gorgeous orange Neon. Top coat polish on top. It smells like tropical fruit when dry.
I Used Rue beaute! nail polish 041 as a bottom coat It's a green Neon. Then made the spots with Sally Hansen 570 water color. Used a black Sally Hansen nail art pen around spots. My pinky is Hard candy 664 gummy green. You can find the tutorial for the cheetah on this post: Cheetah nailart DIY
